If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
「倘若你的弟兄得罪你，你就去，趁著只有他和你在一處的時候，指出他的錯來。他若聽你，你便得了你的弟兄；
他若不聽，你就另外帶一兩個人同去，要憑兩三個人的口作見證，句句都可定準。
若是不聽他們，就告訴教會；若是不聽教會，就看他像外邦人和稅吏一樣。
帖撒羅尼迦後書 3:6
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.
弟兄們，我們奉主耶穌基督的名吩咐你們，凡有弟兄不按規矩而行，不遵守從我們所受的教訓，就當遠離他。
帖撒羅尼迦後書 3:14

Take special note of anyone who does not obey our instruction in this letter. Do not associate with them, in order that they may feel ashamed.
Yet do not regard them as an enemy, but warn them as you would a fellow believer.
若有人不聽從我們這信上的話，要記下他，不和他交往，叫他自覺羞愧。
但不要以他為仇人，要勸他如弟兄。
哥林多前書 5:9

I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people-
not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world.
But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.
What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked person from among you."
我先前寫信給你們說，不可與淫亂的人相交。
此話不是指這世上一概行淫亂的，或貪婪的，勒索的，或拜偶像的；若是這樣，你們除非離開世界方可。
但如今我寫信給你們說，若有稱為弟兄是行淫亂的，或貪婪的，或拜偶像的，或辱罵的，或醉酒的，或勒索的，這樣的人不可與他相交，就是與他吃飯都不可。
因為審判教外的人與我何干？教內的人豈不是你們審判的嗎？
至於外人有神審判他們。你們應當把那惡人從你們中間趕出去。
提摩太前書 5:19
Do not entertain an accusation against an elder unless it is brought by two or three witnesses.
控告長老的呈子，非有兩三個見證就不要收。
哥林多後書 2:5

If anyone has caused grief, he has not so much grieved me as he has grieved all of you to some extent-not to put it too severely.
The punishment inflicted on him by the majority is sufficient.
Now instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow.
I urge you, therefore, to reaffirm your love for him.
若有叫人憂愁的，他不但叫我憂愁，也是叫你們眾人有幾分憂愁。我說幾分，恐怕說得太重。
這樣的人受了眾人的責罰也就夠了，
倒不如赦免他，安慰他，免得他憂愁太過，甚至沉淪了。
所以我勸你們，要向他顯出堅定不移的愛心來。
