"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
「人若因我辱罵你們，逼迫你們，捏造各樣壞話毀謗你們，你們就有福了！
應當歡喜快樂，因為你們在天上的賞賜是大的。在你們以前的先知，人也是這樣逼迫他們。」
以賽亞書 51:7
"Hear me, you who know what is right, you people who have taken my instruction to heart: Do not fear the reproach of mere mortals or be terrified by their insults.
知道公義、將我訓誨存在心中的民，要聽我言！不要怕人的辱罵，也不要因人的毀謗驚惶。
詩篇 37:6
He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.
他要使你的公義如光發出，使你的公平明如正午。
彼得前書 4:14
If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
你們若為基督的名受辱罵，便是有福的；因為神榮耀的靈常住在你們身上。

For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.
因為那追討流人血之罪的，他記念受屈的人，不忘記困苦人的哀求。

He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me- God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.
那要吞我的人辱罵我的時候，神從天上必施恩救我，也必向我發出慈愛和誠實。
