詩篇 55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.

並要在患難之日求告我;我必搭救你,你也要榮耀我。

多言多語難免有過;禁止嘴唇是有智慧。
以賽亞書 40:29 - 31 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
疲乏的,他賜能力;軟弱的,他加力量。 就是少年人也要疲乏困倦;強壯的也必全然跌倒。 但那等候耶和華的必從新得力。他們必如鷹展翅上騰;他們奔跑卻不困倦,行走卻不疲乏。
馬太福音 6:31 - 32 So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
所以,不要憂慮說:吃什麼?喝什麼?穿什麼? 這都是外邦人所求的,你們需用的這一切東西,你們的天父是知道的。
腓立比書 4:6 - 7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
應當一無掛慮,只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求,和感謝,將你們所要的告訴神。 神所賜、出人意外的平安必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。
雅各書 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
你們中間若有缺少智慧的,應當求那厚賜與眾人、也不斥責人的神,主就必賜給他。

這樣,舌頭在百體裡也是最小的,卻能說大話。看哪,最小的火能點著最大的樹林。

但你耶和華是我四圍的盾牌,是我的榮耀,又是叫我抬起頭來的。

箴言 14:26 Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge.
敬畏耶和華的,大有倚靠;他的兒女也有避難所。
箴言 16:20 - 23 Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord. The wise in heart are called discerning, and gracious words promote instruction. Prudence is a fountain of life to the prudent, but folly brings punishment to fools. The hearts of the wise make their mouths prudent, and their lips promote instruction.
謹守訓言的,必得好處;倚靠耶和華的,便為有福。 心中有智慧,必稱為通達人;嘴中的甜言,加增人的學問。 人有智慧就有生命的泉源;愚昧人必被愚昧懲治。 智慧人的心教訓他的口,又使他的嘴增長學問。
提摩太後書 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
因為神賜給我們,不是膽怯的心,乃是剛強、仁愛、謹守的心。
