Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life ?
"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.
Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.
If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith?
So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'
For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
「所以我告訴你們，不要為生命憂慮吃什麼，喝什麼；為身體憂慮穿什麼。生命不勝於飲食嗎？身體不勝於衣裳嗎？
你們看那天上的飛鳥，也不種，也不收，也不積蓄在倉裡，你們的天父尚且養活他。你們不比飛鳥貴重得多嗎？
你們那一個能用思慮使壽數多加一刻呢（或作：使身量多加一肘呢）？
何必為衣裳憂慮呢？你想野地裡的百合花怎麼長起來；他也不勞苦，也不紡線。
然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門極榮華的時候，他所穿戴的，還不如這花一朵呢！
你們這小信的人哪！野地裡的草今天還在，明天就丟在爐裡，神還給他這樣的妝飾，何況你們呢！
所以，不要憂慮說：吃什麼？喝什麼？穿什麼？
這都是外邦人所求的，你們需用的這一切東西，你們的天父是知道的。
你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。
箴言 16:3
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.

The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.

The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master.

Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned.
From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field.
So Potiphar left everything he had in Joseph's care; with Joseph in charge, he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate. Now Joseph was well-built and handsome,
約瑟住在他主人埃及人的家中，耶和華與他同在，他就百事順利。
他主人見耶和華與他同在，又見耶和華使他手裡所辦的盡都順利，
約瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，並且主人派他管理家務，把一切所有的都交在他手裡。
自從主人派約瑟管理家務和他一切所有的，耶和華就因約瑟的緣故賜福與那埃及人的家；凡家裡和田間一切所有的都蒙耶和華賜福。

申命記 11:15
I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.

Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.
不從惡人的計謀，不站罪人的道路，不坐褻慢人的座位，
惟喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想，這人便為有福！
他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁，按時候結果子，葉子也不枯乾。凡他所做的盡都順利。
惡人並不是這樣，乃像糠秕被風吹散。
因此，當審判的時候惡人必站立不住；罪人在義人的會中也是如此。
因為耶和華知道義人的道路；惡人的道路卻必滅亡。
詩篇 112:3
Wealth and riches are in their houses, and their righteousness endures forever.

They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

They will not labor in vain, nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune; for they will be a people blessed by the Lord, they and their descendants with them.

你平生的日子，必無一人能在你面前站立得住。我怎樣與摩西同在，也必照樣與你同在；我必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。
你當剛強壯膽！因為你必使這百姓承受那地為業，就是我向他們列祖起誓應許賜給他們的地。

Remove from me their scorn and contempt, for I keep your statutes.

Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil-this is a gift of God.
