詩篇 90:3
You turn people back to dust, saying, "Return to dust, you mortals."
你使人歸於塵土，說：你們世人要歸回。

that though the wicked spring up like grass and all evildoers flourish, they will be destroyed forever.

So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?
因為世人遭遇的，獸也遭遇，所遭遇的都是一樣：這個怎樣死，那個也怎樣死，氣息都是一樣。人不能強於獸，都是虛空。
都歸一處，都是出於塵土，也都歸於塵土。
誰知道人的靈是往上昇，獸的魂是下入地呢？
故此，我見人莫強如在他經營的事上喜樂，因為這是他的分。他身後的事誰能使他回來得見呢？
何西阿書 13:14
"I will deliver this people from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. Where, O death, are your plagues? Where, O grave, is your destruction? "I will have no compassion,
我必救贖他們脫離陰間，救贖他們脫離死亡。死亡啊，你的災害在那裡呢？陰間哪，你的毀滅在那裡呢？在我眼前絕無後悔之事。
羅馬書 6:21
What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death!

Be careful that no one entices you by riches; do not let a large bribe turn you aside.
