申命記 18:10
Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft,
你們中間不可有人使兒女經火，也不可有占卜的、觀兆的、用法術的、行邪術的、
列王記下 21:6
He sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced divination, sought omens, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the Lord, arousing his anger.
並使他的兒子經火，又觀兆，用法術，立交鬼的和行巫術的，多行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣；
利未記 18:21
" 'Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.

出埃及記 13:11

"After the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites and gives it to you, as he promised on oath to you and your ancestors,
you are to give over to the Lord the first offspring of every womb. All the firstborn males of your livestock belong to the Lord.
Redeem with a lamb every firstborn donkey, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem every firstborn among your sons.
"In days to come, when your son asks you, 'What does this mean?' say to him, 'With a mighty hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
When Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let us go, the Lord killed the firstborn of both people and animals in Egypt. This is why I sacrifice to the Lord the first male offspring of every womb and redeem each of my firstborn sons.'
And it will be like a sign on your hand and a symbol on your forehead that the Lord brought us out of Egypt with his mighty hand."

凡頭生的驢，你要用羊羔代贖；若不代贖，就要打折他的頸項。凡你兒子中頭生的都要贖出來。
日後，你的兒子問你說：『這是什麼意思？』你就說：『耶和華用大能的手將我們從埃及為奴之家領出來。
那時法老幾乎不容我們去，耶和華就把埃及地所有頭生的，無論是人是牲畜，都殺了。因此，我把一切頭生的公牲畜獻給耶和華為祭，但將頭生的兒子都贖出來。
這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作經文，因為耶和華用大能的手將我們從埃及領出來。』」
耶利米書 7:31
They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire-something I did not command, nor did it enter my mind.

So I gave them other statutes that were not good and laws through which they could not live;
