箴言 22:6 Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
教養孩童,使他走當行的道,就是到老他也不偏離。

詩篇 127:3 - 5 Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.
兒女是耶和華所賜的產業;所懷的胎是他所給的賞賜。 少年時所生的兒女好像勇士手中的箭。 箭袋充滿的人便為有福;他們在城門口和仇敵說話的時候,必不至於羞愧。
箴言 19:18 Discipline your children, for in that there is hope; do not be a willing party to their death.
趁有指望,管教你的兒子;你的心不可任他死亡。

馬太福音 19:14 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
