使徒行傳 14:15
"Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human, like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them.
「諸君，為什麼做這事呢？我們也是人，性情和你們一樣。我們傳福音給你們，是叫你們離棄這些虛妄，歸向那創造天、地、海、和其中萬物的永生神。

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

出埃及記 20:11
For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
因為六日之內，耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物，第七日便安息，所以耶和華賜福與安息日，定為聖日。
詩篇 146:6
He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them- he remains faithful forever.

He also says, "In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.

"Your hands shaped me and made me. Will you now turn and destroy me?

神將北極鋪在空中，將大地懸在虛空；
將水包在密雲中，雲卻不破裂；

By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth.
He gathers the waters of the sea into jars ; he puts the deep into storehouses.

以賽亞書 45:18
For this is what the Lord says- he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited- he says: "I am the Lord, and there is no other.

耶利米書 31:35

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.
你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手所造的。
詩篇 104:24
How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.
耶和華啊，你所造的何其多！都是你用智慧造成的；遍地滿了你的豐富。
詩篇 148:3

Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.
Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created,
and he established them for ever and ever- he issued a decree that will never pass away.
日頭月亮，你們要讚美他！放光的星宿，你們都要讚美他！
天上的天和天上的水，你們都要讚美他！
願這些都讚美耶和華的名！因他一吩咐便都造成。

This is what God the Lord says- the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it:

阿摩司書 4:13
He who forms the mountains, who creates the wind, and who reveals his thoughts to mankind, who turns dawn to darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth- the Lord God Almighty is his name.

"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you;
or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
Which of all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this?
In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
你且問走獸，走獸必指教你；又問空中的飛鳥，飛鳥必告訴你；
或與地說話，地必指教你；海中的魚也必向你說明。
看這一切，誰不知道是耶和華的手做成的呢？
凡活物的生命和人類的氣息都在他手中。

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,

以賽亞書 48:12

"Listen to me, Jacob, Israel, whom I have called: I am he; I am the first and I am the last.
My own hand laid the foundations of the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens; when I summon them, they all stand up together.

For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: "On the seventh day God rested from all his works."
但我們已經相信的人得以進入那安息，正如神所說：「我在怒中起誓說：『他們斷不可進入我的安息！』」其實造物之工，從創世以來已經成全了。
論到第七日，有一處說，「到第七日神就歇了他一切的工。」

He alone stretches out the heavens and treads on the waves of the sea.

他獨自鋪張蒼天，步行在海浪之上。
他造北斗、參星、昴星，並南方的密宮；

約伯記 38:9

when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness,
when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place,
when I said, 'This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt'?
是我用雲彩當海的衣服，用幽暗當包裹他的布，

說：你只可到這裡，不可越過；你狂傲的浪要到此止住。
傳道書 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
神造萬物，各按其時成為美好，又將永生（原文作永遠）安置在世人心裡。然而神從始至終的作為，人不能參透。
以賽亞書 45:6

so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting people may know there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there is no other.
I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the Lord, do all these things.
"You heavens above, rain down my righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness flourish with it; I, the Lord, have created it.
從日出之地到日落之處使人都知道除了我以外，沒有別神。我是耶和華；在我以外並沒有別神。
我造光，又造暗；我施平安，又降災禍；造作這一切的是我耶和華。
諸天哪，自上而滴，穹蒼降下公義；地面開裂，產出救恩，使公義一同發生；這都是我耶和華所造的。
以賽亞書 45:12
It is I who made the earth and created mankind on it. My own hands stretched out the heavens; I marshaled their starry hosts.
我造地，又造人在地上。我親手鋪張諸天；天上萬象也是我所命定的。
撒迦利亞書 12:1
A prophecy: The word of the Lord concerning Israel. The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the human spirit within a person, declares:
耶和華論以色列的默示。鋪張諸天、建立地基、造人裡面之靈的耶和華說：
彼得後書 3:5
But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
他們故意忘記，從太古，憑神的命有了天，並從水而出、藉水而成的地。
啟示錄 4:11
"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
我們的主，我們的神，你是配得榮耀、尊貴、權柄的；因為你創造了萬物，並且萬物是因你的旨意被創造而有的。
以賽亞書 40:22
He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.
神坐在地球大圈之上；地上的居民好像蝗蟲。他鋪張穹蒼如幔子，展開諸天如可住的帳棚。
以賽亞書 64:8
Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.
耶和華啊，現在你仍是我們的父！我們是泥，你是窯匠；我們都是你手的工作。
耶利米書 12:13
They will sow wheat but reap thorns; they will wear themselves out but gain nothing. They will bear the shame of their harvest because of the Lord's fierce anger."
他們種的是麥子，收的是荊棘；勞勞苦苦卻毫無益處。因耶和華的烈怒，你們必為自己的土產羞愧。
