詩篇 139:21
Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord, and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
耶和華啊，恨惡你的，我豈不恨惡他們嗎？攻擊你的，我豈不憎嫌他們嗎？
詩篇 1:1

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
不從惡人的計謀，不站罪人的道路，不坐褻慢人的座位，
惟喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想，這人便為有福！
詩篇 101:2

I will be careful to lead a blameless life- when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house with a blameless heart.
I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it.
The perverse of heart shall be far from me; I will have nothing to do with what is evil.
我要用智慧行完全的道。你幾時到我這裡來呢？我要存完全的心行在我家中。
邪僻的事，我都不擺在我眼前；悖逆人所做的事，我甚恨惡，不容沾在我身上。
彎曲的心思，我必遠離；一切的惡人（或作：惡事），我不認識。
耶利米書 15:16

When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight, for I bear your name, Lord God Almighty.
I never sat in the company of revelers, never made merry with them; I sat alone because your hand was on me and you had filled me with indignation.
耶和華萬軍之神啊，我得著你的言語就當食物吃了；你的言語是我心中的歡喜快樂，因我是稱為你名下的人。
我沒有坐在宴樂人的會中，也沒有歡樂；我因你的感動（原文作手）獨自靜坐，因你使我滿心憤恨。
詩篇 26:3

for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.
I do not sit with the deceitful, nor do I associate with hypocrites.
I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.
I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, Lord,
因為你的慈愛常在我眼前，我也按你的真理而行。
我沒有和虛謊人同坐，也不與瞞哄人的同群。
我恨惡惡人的會，必不與惡人同坐。
耶和華啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才環繞你的祭壇；
詩篇 119:115
Away from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commands of my God!
作惡的人哪，你們離開我吧！我好遵守我神的命令。
