羅馬書 13:8

So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith.

這樣，律法是我們訓蒙的師傅，引我們到基督那裡，使我們因信稱義。

律法的總結就是基督，使凡信他的都得著義。

律法本是藉著摩西傳的；恩典和真理都是由耶穌基督來的。

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole."
基督既為我們受（原文作成）了咒詛，就贖出我們脫離律法的咒詛；因為經上記著：「凡掛在木頭上都是被咒詛的。」
加拉太書 5:14
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
因為全律法都包在「愛人如己」這一句話之內了。
羅馬書 3:28
For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
所以（有古卷：因為）我們看定了：人稱義是因著信，不在乎遵行律法。
雅各書 2:10
For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
因為凡遵守全律法的，只在一條上跌倒，他就是犯了眾條。

因為賜生命聖靈的律，在基督耶穌裡釋放了我，使我脫離罪和死的律了。
加拉太書 5:13
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
弟兄們，你們蒙召是要得自由，只是不可將你們的自由當作放縱情慾的機會，總要用愛心互相服事。
