以弗所書 5:15 Be very careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise,
你們要謹慎行事,不要像愚昧人,當像智慧人。
箴言 12:23 The prudent keep their knowledge to themselves, but a fool's heart blurts out folly.
通達人隱藏知識;愚昧人的心彰顯愚昧。
箴言 14:29 Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.
不輕易發怒的,大有聰明;性情暴躁的,大顯愚妄。
箴言 12:16 Fools show their annoyance at once, but the prudent overlook an insult.
愚妄人的惱怒立時顯露;通達人能忍辱藏羞。
箴言 14:18 The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
愚蒙人得愚昧為產業;通達人得知識為冠冕。
箴言 17:28 Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent, and discerning if they hold their tongues.
愚昧人若靜默不言也可算為智慧;閉口不說也可算為聰明。

耶和華的律法全備,能甦醒人心;耶和華的法度確定,能使愚人有智慧。

愚昧人宴樂度日是不合宜的;何況僕人管轄王子呢?
箴言 26:12 Do you see a person wise in their own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for them.
你見自以為有智慧的人嗎?愚昧人比他更有指望。

詩篇 39:8 Save me from all my transgressions; do not make me the scorn of fools.
求你救我脫離一切的過犯,不要使我受愚頑人的羞辱。
