羅馬書 8:11
And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.
然而，叫耶穌從死裡復活者的靈若住在你們心裡，那叫基督耶穌從死裡復活的，也必藉著住在你們心裡的聖靈，使你們必死的身體又活過來。

詩篇 55:22
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華，他必撫養你；他永不叫義人動搖。

箴言 3:26
for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared.
因為耶和華是你所倚靠的；他必保守你的腳不陷入網羅。

哥林多後書 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
主就是那靈；主的靈在那裡，那裡就得以自由。

帖撒羅尼迦後書 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
但主是信實的，要堅固你們，保護你們脫離那惡者。（或作脫離兇惡）。

詩篇 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
（可拉後裔的詩歌，交與伶長。調用女音。）神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

詩篇 107:26 - 31
They mounted up to the heavens and went down to the depths; in their peril their courage melted away. They reeled and staggered like drunkards; they were at their wits' end. Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.
他們上到天空，下到海底；他們的心因患難便消化。他們搖搖幌幌，東倒西歪，好像醉酒的人；他們的智慧無法可施。於是，他們在苦難中哀求耶和華，他從他們的禍患中領出他們來。他使狂風止息，波浪就平靜。風息浪靜，他們便歡喜；他就引他們到所願去的海口。但願人因耶和華的慈愛和他向人所行的奇事都稱讚他。
