提多書 3:9 - 11
But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned.
要遠避無知的辯論和家譜的空談，以及分爭，並因律法而起的爭競，因為這都是虛妄無益的。分門結黨的人，警戒過一兩次，就要棄絕他。因為知道這等人已經背道，犯了罪，自己明知不是，還是去做。

箴言 21:19
Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.
寧可住在曠野，不與爭吵使氣的婦人同住。

雅各書 4:1
What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you?
你們中間的爭戰鬥毆是從那裡來的呢？不是從你們百體中戰鬥之私慾來的嗎？

箴言 16:28
A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends.
乖僻人播散分爭；傳舌的，離間密友。

箴言 26:17
Like one who grabs a stray dog by the ears is someone who rushes into a quarrel not their own.
過路被事激動，管理不干己的爭競，好像人揪住狗耳。

馬可福音 3:25
If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
若一家自相分爭，那家就站立不住。

哥林多前書 13:5
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
不做害羞的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易發怒，不計算人的惡，

箴言 17:14
Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam; so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out.
分爭的起頭如水放開，所以，在爭鬧之先必當止息爭競。

箴言 20:3
It is to one's honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel.
遠離分爭是人的尊榮；愚妄人都愛爭鬧。

馬可福音 3:24
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
若一國自相分爭，那國就站立不住；

箴言 15:18
A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.
暴怒的人挑啟爭端；忍怒的人止息分爭。

箴言 26:21
As charcoal to embers and as wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome person for kindling strife.
好爭競的人煽惑爭端，就如餘火加炭，火上加柴一樣。

提摩太後書 2:23
Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.
惟有那愚拙無學問的辯論，總要棄絕，因為知道這等事是起爭競的。

提摩太後書 2:14 - 17
Keep reminding God's people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus,
你要使眾人回想這些事，在主面前囑咐他們：不可為言語爭辯；這是沒有益處的，只能敗壞聽見的人。你當竭力在神面前得蒙喜悅，作無愧的工人，按著正意分解真理的道。但要遠避世俗的虛談，因為這等人必進到更不敬虔的地步。他們的話如同毒瘡，越爛越大；其中有許米乃和腓理徒，

腓立比書 1:15
It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill.
有的傳基督是出於嫉妒分爭，也有的是出於好意。

雅各書 4:2
You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God.
你們貪戀，還是得不著；你們殺害嫉妒，又鬥毆爭戰，也不能得。你們得不著，是因為你們不求。

箴言 6:14
who plots evil with deceit in his heart- he always stirs up conflict.
心中乖僻，常設惡謀，布散分爭。

雅各書 3:16
For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
在何處有嫉妒、分爭，就在何處有擾亂和各樣的壞事。

彼得前書 4:10
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.
各人要照所得的恩賜彼此服事，作神百般恩賜的好管家。

箴言 22:10
Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended.
趕出褻慢人，爭端就消除；分爭和羞辱也必止息。

約翰福音 7:43
Thus the people were divided because of Jesus.
於是眾人因著耶穌起了分爭。
