詩篇 7:1
Lord my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me,
（大衛指著便雅憫人古實的話，向耶和華唱的流離歌。）耶和華我的神啊，我投靠你！求你救我脫離一切追趕我的人，將我救拔出來！

路加福音 17:4
Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying 'I repent,' you must forgive them."

箴言 20:22

利未記 19:18

不可報仇，也不可埋怨你本國的子民，卻要愛人如己。我是耶和華。

馬太福音 6:14

你們饒恕人的過犯，你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯；

羅馬書 12:17
Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.

提摩太後書 2:24
