以賽亞書 45:5
I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me,
我是耶和華，在我以外並沒有別神；除了我以外再沒有神。你雖不認識我，我必給你束腰。
約翰一書 4:1
Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

以西結書 14:4
Therefore speak to them and tell them, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: When any of the Israelites set up idols in their hearts and put a wicked stumbling block before their faces and then go to a prophet, I the Lord will answer them myself in keeping with their great idolatry.
所以你要告訴他們：『主耶和華如此說：以色列家的人中，凡將他的假神接到心裡，把陷於罪的絆腳石放在面前，又就了先知來的，我耶和華在他所求的事上，必按他眾多的假神回答他（或作：必按他拜許多假神的罪報應他），

Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when I punish them," says the Lord.
因為他們從最小的到至大的都一味地貪婪，從先知到祭司都行事虛謊。
他們輕輕忽忽地醫治我百姓的損傷，說：平安了！平安了！其實沒有平安。
他們行可憎的事知道慚愧嗎？不然，他們毫不慚愧，也不知羞恥。因此，他們必在仆倒的人中仆倒；我向他們討罪的時候，他們必致跌倒。這是耶和華說的。
以西結書 14:3
"Son of man, these men have set up idols in their hearts and put wicked stumbling blocks before their faces. Should I let them inquire of me at all?
「人子啊，這些人已將他們的假神接到心裡，把陷於罪的絆腳石放在面前，我豈能絲毫被他們求問嗎？
以西結書 14:7
" 'When any of the Israelites or any foreigner residing in Israel separate themselves from me and set up idols in their hearts and put a wicked stumbling block before their faces and then go to a prophet to inquire of me, I the Lord will answer them myself.
因為以色列家的人，或在以色列中寄居的外人，凡與我隔絕，將他的假神接到心裡，把陷於罪的絆腳石放在面前，又就了先知來要為自己的事求問我的，我耶和華必親自回答他。
