At this, she bowed down with her face to the ground. She asked him, "Why have I found such favor in your eyes that you notice me-a foreigner?"
Boaz replied, "I've been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband-how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before.
May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge."
"May I continue to find favor in your eyes, my lord," she said. "You have put me at ease by speaking kindly to your servant-though I do not have the standing of one of your servants."
路得就俯伏在地叩拜，對他說：「我既是外邦人，怎麼蒙你的恩，這樣顧恤我呢？」
波阿斯回答說：「自從你丈夫死後，凡你向婆婆所行的，並你離開父母和本地，到素不認識的民中，這些事人全都告訴我了。

Then King David went in and sat before the Lord, and he said: "Who am I, Sovereign Lord, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?
And as if this were not enough in your sight, Sovereign Lord, you have also spoken about the future of the house of your servant-and this decree, Sovereign Lord, is for a mere human!
"What more can David say to you? For you know your servant, Sovereign Lord.
於是大衛王進去，坐在耶和華面前，說：「主耶和華啊，我是誰？我的家算什麼？你竟使我到這地步呢？
主耶和華啊，這在你眼中還看為小，又應許你僕人的家至於久遠。主耶和華啊，這豈是人所常遇的事嗎？
主耶和華啊，我還有何言可以對你說呢？因為你知道你的僕人。

I am unworthy of all the kindness and faithfulness you have shown your servant. I had only my staff when I crossed this Jordan, but now I have become two camps.
